These Terms of Service govern your use of Afripay's escrow platform operated by Afrigate Digital Limited. By using our services, you agree to these terms.
Afripay provides online escrow services that protect both buyers and sellers in transactions. Funds are held securely until transaction conditions are met.
Users must provide accurate information, complete KYC verification for applicable transactions, and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Afripay charges transaction fees based on the amount and type of transaction. Fees are disclosed before transaction confirmation.
Afripay collects only the personal and transaction information required to provide escrow services, verify users, and meet applicable regulatory obligations.
Escrow funds are held in trust until agreed release conditions are satisfied. In case of disputes, Afripay may request evidence and mediate according to documented terms.
Users may be required to complete identity verification based on transaction size, risk profile, and applicable regulatory requirements.
Afripay actively monitors transactions for suspicious patterns and may temporarily restrict activity while conducting security reviews.
